Help Desk Level 1

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Length/Type: 12 Month Contract

Interview Process: One in-person interview.

Different Shifts Available:

  1. Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm
  2. Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay Rate: $15/hr W2

They prefer people just out of school with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Skills:

  1. Strong Customer Service and Communication.
  2. Ability to grasp concepts and learn on your feet.

Support will be 100% phone support.

You will handle a variety of different calls, from password resets, remote connection support, network connection issues, Office365 errors, etc
